No account, no contract, no management relationship. We work for anyone in the area who needs something fixed. If you own a house, a rental, or a condo and something needs repairing, replacing or maintaining, ask us for an estimate.

Kalles Maintenance LLC began as the crew looking after the homes we manage, and it still does that. Registered, bonded and insured in Washington.

Most of our work is in Puyallup, South Hill, Sumner, Bonney Lake, Orting, Graham, Spanaway, Parkland, Tacoma, Fife, Edgewood, Milton, Auburn and Lake Tapps.

We go farther for the right job. If you are in Seattle, on the Eastside, or anywhere else around the Sound, ask us. We will look at what you need and tell you straight whether it makes sense for both of us.
