Our team
About 15 people, one office on East Main in Puyallup, and a named manager on every property and every association.
There is no call center and no regional office. The person who answers the phone works in the same building as the manager on your property, and both of them work in Pierce County. Leasing, community management, maintenance and accounting are all staffed here rather than contracted out, which is why a question rarely has to travel far to get answered.

A named manager
Not a rotating assignment and not a ticket number. Someone who knows the property, the history, and in the case of an association, why the amendment reads the way it does.
People who stay
Several of our team have been here longer than five years. Continuity is worth more than it sounds when a question depends on what happened at the property three tenancies ago.
Certified as a firm
Kalles Properties, Inc. holds the CRMC designation. NARPM awards it to a company, not a person: a Master Property Manager on staff, 500 verified unit-years, and an outside audit.
