Washington requires that we give you our written criteria before collecting an application fee. Here they are, in full, before you spend anything.
Who applies
Everyone 18 and older who will live in the home submits their own application. The fee is $45 per adult applicant.
Pick the home first
Applications are submitted online through the listing, so choose the property before you start.
Pets and assistance animals
Pet policies are set per property rather than across the portfolio, so check the listing or ask us. Assistance animal requests are reviewed separately as accommodation requests, not pet approvals.
