Irrigation Services

We install, repair, and maintain residential and small commercial irrigation systems. A system that runs badly wastes water every month, and it shows up on the bill long before anyone notices a dry patch in the lawn.

Spring start-up

We charge the system, walk every zone, check head coverage and alignment, look for leaks and breaks, and set the controller for the season.

Fall winterization

We blow out the lines with compressed air, shut down and drain the backflow, and set the controller to off. Skipping this is how a system cracks over the winter, and the repair costs far more than the blowout.

Repairs and adjustments

  • Broken, sunken, or misaligned heads
  • Line breaks and leaks
  • Valve and solenoid replacement
  • Controller programming and replacement
  • Zone coverage adjustments after landscaping changes

System install and expansion

New zones, drip lines for beds, and full system installs for homes and small commercial properties.

Backflow testing

Ask us about backflow assembly testing. Many Washington water purveyors require an annual test by a certified tester.

For owners and boards

If we already manage your rental or your association, irrigation can be scheduled as a seasonal service, so start-up and winterization happen on time without anyone having to remember. Board members: ask us to include it in your next maintenance proposal.
