Kalles runs three service lines out of one office in Puyallup. You can hire any of them on their own.
Property management is handled by Kalles Properties, Inc. Maintenance, landscaping and irrigation are handled by Kalles Maintenance LLC, our affiliated company. Community association management covers condo and HOA boards. The work runs through our own people, so scheduling, completion and accounting stay under one roof.
Property Landscaping & Maintenance
Repairs, handyman work, grounds care and irrigation for homes, rentals and condos across the South Puget Sound. Kalles Maintenance LLC is registered, bonded and insured in Washington, general contractor registration KALLEML931C3. You do not have to be a management client to hire us.

Pricing and marketing, resident screening, lease execution, rent collection, maintenance coordination, monthly financial reporting, and compliance with Washington and city landlord-tenant law.

Condo and HOA management for boards in Pierce County. Owner communication, dues collection, rule enforcement, vendor and maintenance coordination, and reporting to the board.
