Pick the home you want, then apply from that listing. Everything below is what to have ready first.

Before you apply

Four things worth knowing before you spend anything.

Read the criteria

Every application is reviewed against the same written standards. Read them first, before any fee is collected.

Everyone 18 and over applies

Each adult who will live in the home submits their own application. The fee is $45 per adult applicant.

Have your documents ready

Government-issued photo ID and proof of income, in PDF. Screenshots are not accepted and will make the application incomplete.

How applications are processed

First complete application, first served.

Order
Homes are rented first come, first served. We process the first complete application received. An application is complete when all required documents and funds have been submitted.
Backup applications
We accept one backup application per home. It is not processed unless the first application is denied or withdrawn. If the first is approved, the backup applicant’s funds are refunded.
After you apply
We screen the application and contact you with a decision. Approved applicants are told what is due to hold the home and when it is due.
If you are denied
You receive a written adverse action notice, a free copy of your screening report, and the right to dispute anything in it. There is a written appeals process in the criteria.
