We have managed residential rental property in Puyallup, Tacoma and Pierce County since 1994, and we manage roughly 300 homes today, all in this market. The range we give you comes from leases we have signed nearby, not a national average applied to your ZIP code.
Kalles Properties holds the Certified Residential Management Company designation from NARPM, which requires a Master Property Manager on staff, documented management volume, and an outside audit of financial handling, maintenance processes and legal compliance.
If you go on to work with us
Management is 8 to 10% of collected rent depending on the property. We will tell you which end of that you are at when we give you the analysis, so there is no guessing later.
