What it costs
Management is 8 to 10% of collected rent, depending on the property. Onboarding is $250. We tell you which end of that range you are at before you sign.
What you get back
A quote for the property, a rent range with the reasoning behind it, and a straight answer about anything we would want changed before it goes on the market.
