Washington law
If your home is in Tacoma
Tacoma city limits carry additional protections beyond state law, including different notice periods and relocation assistance. These apply only inside the city. The city runs its own landlord and tenant program, and its page carries the full text of both the Rental Housing Code and the Landlord Fairness Code.
